♦ Capacitating the DILG-7 as a knowledge-centric organization

♦ Optimizing the Multi-stakeholder Advisory Committee’s (MSACs) role in Knowledge Management

♦ Establishing and maintaining a system of continuously updating & improving knowledge products & facilitating access by end-user

♦ Institutionalizing the communities of learning in local units
